We’re excited to share that major milestones continue to be reached:
• Exterior wall sheeting and interior liner panels are being installed
• HVAC systems and piping utilities are underway
• Metal stud framing and electrical rough-in are progressing in the office areas
• Concrete utility trenches and the floor slab are nearing completion
This 90,000-square-foot pre-work building will support GATX in the repair and servicing of railcars, providing the infrastructure needed to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
